Handheld Audio & Multimedia Guides

Working with ATS Heritage Ltd, I have developed concepts for and written numerous audio and multimedia tours for museums and historic sites, great and small. I write versions for both general adult audiences and for families/children. My work has included Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Holyrood Palace, Kensington Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Canterbury Cathedral, Hever Castle, King's College Cambridge, Christchurch College Oxford, Apsley House, Walmer Castle and Orford Castle.

Downton Abbey - The Exhibition
Blockbuster touring show

Working with Centre Screen Ltd, I had the exciting opportunity to script all the audio-visual elements of this major exhibition based on the hit TV series, currently touring the world. My work included writing new dialogue for the characters and the highlight was devising and scripting the show finale film, which features key original cast members. My script was reviewed and approved by none other than the TV show's creator and writer, Julian Fellowes.

'Being Brunel' Museum
at SS Great Britain, Bristol
Brunel's Mind and Dock Office AVs

Working with Centre Screen Ltd, I developed the story for and scripted a major immersive AV experience giving the audience the sense of being inside the head of famous 19th-century engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel as he experiences key dramatic moments in his extraordinary life and career. I also scripted audio track and a dramatic film exploring Brunel's ground-breaking decision to use a screw propellor on his innovative iron-hulled ship, SS Great Britain.

UK Houses of Parliament, London
Education Centre AVs

Working with Centre Screen Ltd, I developed the storylines and wrote the scripts for three immersive AV installations on the history and workings of the UK Parliament, including a focus on the struggle for women's right to vote.

The Postal Museum, London
'Mail Rail' underground railway experience

Working with Centre Screen Ltd, I scripted all the audio-visual elements for this unique attraction - the 100-year-old postal railway hidden deep under London's streets. My work included the on-board train commentary and two major AV shows projected along the original platform walls.
